This is similar to a chat or Windows Live Messenger function we may well be used to, this eliminates the need to open and close previous messages when composing and replying to contacts. Depending on your business model this may have a benefit but I would expect this to be particularly beneficial to consumers and or social device users, never the less an area that is likely to grow as Windows Mobile expands into the consumer marketplace.

With the Windows Phone 7 getting a lot of buzz and hundreds of applications being built, it is just a matter of time before Android and iPhone developers have to compete with Windows mobile applications, if they haven't already felt the pinch.
